Delivery Information

All orders are shipped from our studio in the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.
We carefully pack every item to make sure it arrives to you safely and in perfect condition.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
  • Worldwide (outside the EU): 6–7 business days
  • Europe (EU): ⚠️ Please note that we do not currently offer automatic shipping to countries within the European Union.
    If you would like to place an order from an EU country, please contact us via Instagram DM: @skakerya and we’ll assist you personally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.
For larger orders, all items may be combined into a single parcel to reduce shipping costs where possible.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

Please note that some countries have their own customs regulations, duty fees, and import taxes.
These charges are determined entirely by your country’s customs authorities, and unfortunately, we have no control over them or the ability to pay them in advance.

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information and guidance, but customs processes can vary widely from country to country.
If any customs duties, VAT, or handling fees are applied upon arrival, they are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local import policies if you’re unsure — and we truly appreciate your understanding, as many of these procedures are beyond our control.

Packaging

Each parcel is prepared with care using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Ceramic items and other fragile pieces are securely wrapped to prevent any damage during transit.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the product is unused,
  • undamaged,
  • and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at email: shop@skakerya.com or instagram: @skakerya with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the next steps and return address details.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

Handmade Items

Some items in our shop are handcrafted individually, and may feature small variations in color, shape, or texture.
These differences are part of their character and are not considered faults.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or customs services.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping fees may apply.
